The Community
Come home to what’s already here — townhomes in established Newmarket.
There’s a difference between building somewhere new and belonging somewhere established. Glenway is a new collection of townhomes by Andrin Homes set within one of Newmarket’s most mature, connected neighbourhoods — tree-lined streets, established schools, parks and everyday conveniences that don’t need to be promised, because they’re already here. A few reasons to register today:
20′ 2-storey rear-yard towns with private backyards, 18′ 3-storey dual-front towns, and 19′ rear-lane towns with 2-car garages — 1,615–2,221 sq ft, 3–4 bedrooms.
Just 10% total, gently staged: 2% with offer, then 1% at 30 through 240 days — eight months to complete your deposit.
From $766,990 net of the $24,000 HST rebate — and from an estimated $699,991* if the proposed Enhanced HST Rebate is enacted.
Closings commence Fall 2027 with condominium registration expected before first occupancy — a near-term timeline in an already-complete neighbourhood.

The Architecture
Glenway’s elevations blend brick, stone and warm wood-tone accents across three distinct streetscape collections — from classic 2-storey rear-yard towns to modern 3-storey rear-lane rows with balconies. A thoughtfully designed corner entrance with lush, layered landscaping and a sculptural shade structure sets the tone, with a proposed walking trail weaving through the community.
