Privacy Policy
This policy explains how 360Hub handles personal information submitted through 360hub.ca. For privacy questions or requests, email chenlibin16@gmail.com.
1. Information we collect
We may collect information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, telephone number, business name, industry, enquiry details, language preference, and the page or button used to contact us. Our server may also record technical information such as IP address, approximate location, internet service provider, browser request data, timestamps, and security or rate-limit events.
2. Why we collect it
We use this information to:
- respond to your enquiry, provide requested information, and arrange demonstrations;
- understand your business needs and assess whether 360Hub services are suitable;
- operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and lead-capture process;
- maintain records required for security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance; and
- send marketing communications only where permitted by law and with the required consent.
3. Member accounts
If you register for a 360Hub member account, we additionally collect and store your email address, a securely hashed password (we never store your password in plain text), your account verification status, and a unique referral code used to attribute leads you refer to your account. If you claim ownership of a project listing, we record that ownership and associate related leads and price-table changes with your account. Account data is kept in our database, used to authenticate you, manage access to project pages, track referred leads, and send you account-related email such as verification and password-reset messages. You may review or update your account details from your member profile, or contact us to request deletion.
If you subscribe to a paid plan, billing is handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your card number or other payment details ourselves; we retain only your subscription plan, status (e.g. active, past due, canceled), and the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers needed to manage your account and reconcile billing. See Stripe's privacy policy for how Stripe handles payment information.
4. Consent and communications
Submitting a form authorizes us to contact you about that specific request. It does not automatically subscribe you to unrelated marketing. Where Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation applies, commercial electronic messages will include sender identification and a way to unsubscribe. You may withdraw consent for optional communications at any time.
5. How information is shared
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose it to service providers that support website hosting, email delivery, security, analytics, or business operations, but only as reasonably necessary for those services. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect legal rights, or to investigate fraud or security incidents.
6. Retention and safeguards
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purposes, legitimate business records, dispute resolution, security, and legal obligations. We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Language preference and server logs
The site may store your selected language in your browser’s local storage. Hosting infrastructure may maintain access and error logs for security and operations. Third-party resources, such as web fonts, may receive standard connection information when your browser requests them.
8. Access, correction, and complaints
You may ask whether we hold personal information about you and request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. You may also challenge our compliance with this policy. Contact chenlibin16@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
