Terms of Service

Effective: August 1, 2026

These terms apply to use of 360hub.ca. Specific paid services, subscriptions, implementation work, or platform access may require a separate written agreement that will control if it conflicts with these website terms.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

2. Website purpose

The website provides general information about 360Hub’s lead-generation, automation, CRM, content, and related business services. Submitting an enquiry does not create a client, agency, partnership, fiduciary, or professional-advisor relationship and does not guarantee that services will be offered.

3. No guaranteed results

Examples, dashboard figures, projected benefits, and product mockups are illustrative. Business, advertising, lead, appointment, and revenue results vary. 360Hub does not guarantee traffic, leads, conversions, appointments, transactions, income, regulatory approval, or any particular commercial outcome.

4. Paid plans and billing

Paid membership plans (including the monthly and per-lead options) are billed and processed through our payment processor, Stripe, and are subject to Stripe's terms in addition to these terms. Monthly plans renew automatically until canceled; the per-lead plan is billed based on metered usage reported to Stripe. You may cancel or manage your subscription at any time through your member billing portal; cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. The one-time setup fee charged at signup is non-refundable except as required by law. If a payment fails or a subscription lapses, access to paid features may be suspended until payment is resolved. We may change plan pricing prospectively; continued use of a paid plan after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, branding, text, graphics, and software are owned by or licensed to 360Hub and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view the site for personal or internal business evaluation but may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit its content without permission.

7. Third-party services and links

The website may rely on or link to third-party hosting, communications, mapping, font, analytics, payment processing, or other services. 360Hub is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or terms. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own agreements.

8. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue website features and may correct errors at any time. We do not promise uninterrupted, secure, or error-free availability.

9. Disclaimers and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 360Hub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from website use. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

10. Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction in Ontario will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights.

11. Contact and changes

Questions may be sent to chenlibin16@gmail.com. We may update these terms; the effective date above identifies the current version.
